My JOB
Cendris has been my employer for more than 7 years, starting at sales, but by now as a databasemarketeer, which means I make sure that we find the right clients for our services at the right time. As a database marketeer for Cendris I am currently redesigning the dataware house. My function includes the following tasks:
- campaign management
- reporting & monitoring
- analysing & business opportunities
TNT
Cendris is part of TNT, the dutch post organisation. TNT is a great organisation, active around the world in express and mail. We make sure your documents, parcels and freight are delivered safely and on-time using our integrated air and road networks. We process 17 million postal items each day which are addressed to more than 7 million addresses in the Netherlands. (http://www.tnt.com)

I have been a member of LinkedIn since 2006. I have always been curious about new concepts and our company is always looking at innovative concepts to reach and communicate with people.
First I was very enthousiastic about the updates I received from friends, who I don't communicate with regurlarly. It is a great way to stay in touch, when you receive a profile update. Actually I use this quite often. After that I got in contact with some headhunters. Although I am not looking for a new job, it is nice to know their is a market for you. Right?
The final reason which makes me a LinkedIn fan, is the Q&A section. I have asked some questions and have really got interesting and useful answers. A few of my answers were also marked as useful, so I guess it works vice versa. So, I'm curious about more stories. Link and let me know!
