ACE Project is a powerful web service that track projects, tasks, and much more. It has a clock so you can automatically or manually track what you're working on, and run weekly time reports. It is free with limitations on account users and project. As an individual consultant tracking some 20 different tasks I've found the free version is more than sufficient and it's easy to use. Like any sophisticated service, there will be a small ramp-up time to figure out how it works and how to best use it for your needs.
