LinkedIn Customer Service
LinkedIn promises one day service for paying business customers. Don't believe it.
From my own experience what they mean is that a customer service rep MIGHT respond in a day, and if he does he will help you if he CAN. That is all. This is NOT a guarantee, much less actual help. Typically, even if you receive a response in a day, it is only to say that someone else will get back to you, which may or may not happen.
