Oddly for a supposed Web 2.0 company, LinkedIn is well known for its poor treatment of users, including abysmal customer support and lack of customer involvement in new features. System changes, especially limitations are made in secrecy without any user discussion, warning, explanation, notification, relief, or alternative.
