From Help
CamelCase is a special way to name wiki pages. CamelCase is a single word with multiple capital letters like ... CamelCase. The wiki automatically assumes CamelCase words are (or will be) links to new pages.
If you're naming a new page, use CamelCase for the page name.
If you're linking to an existing page, insert the CamelCase word. The wiki automatically creates a link to a new page.
If you're linking to a new page, use a new CamelCase word and Save. The word displays with a dashed underline that means the page doesn't exist yet like ThisPageDoesntExistUnlessSomeoneEditedIt. Click on the link and you can automatically start editing the page!
Tip - URL
Another CamelCase benefit is an easy to use URL like http://linkedin.pbwiki.com/CamelCase . There are no funky characters in the URL like there would be if you used spaces in your wiki page name.
